Cleaning Fee:
Guests may stay less than 5 nights if not a Peak or Holiday Season (ie Christmas, Summer, Easter, Thankgiving, etc...).

Four bed pool home - $75.00
Five bed pool home - $85.00
Six bed pool home - $95.00
The rates are plus 13% sales tax.

Minimum stay for a Villa or Condo is 3 nights. No cleaning fee applies.

Billing & Payments

Full Amount is due at time reservation request is confirmed with the exception of Hotel Taxes & Incidentals which will be collected directly by Hotel at time of Check Out.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will incur a $35.00 one time Administrative fee. An additional 1 Night (contractual rate) plus tax is applicable if Cancelled within 72 Hours of Arrival Date. For Regal Palm Resort and Regal Oaks, there is a 14 Day cancellation window.

A cancellation fee can be waived if you do not cancel reservation but rather modify arrival dates.

Once we receive cancellation/ modification request, the request will be processed immediately and a prompt response / updated status will be forwarded to you via email.

Early Departures: No Refunds for Early Departures

Details of Participation:

Cancellations must be received in writing 3 days prior to arrival. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed/arrival date will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay at $65- Standard Guestroom, $85 - Hotel Suite, $65 - Resort Studio, $90 - 1 Bedroom Resort Villa, $105 - 2 Bedroom Resort Villa, $135 - 3 Bedroom Resort Villa.

Failure to complete the sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a charge of $200 and/or cancellation of the rest of hotel/resort stay whereby customer will have to check out of accommodations.
